The power of art – Part three

Eight months into 2020, and what a year it has been! Never did I imagine that come August I would have left mainland England and be residing back home on the island of Jersey. But as we all know, when it comes to the arts, we roll with the punches. Liverpool has been my home away from home for five years. Leaving Liverpool has meant saying goodbye to friends, a spectacular city and my independents. But worst of all, it means taking a step back from the arts. A sector that is not yet well defined in Jersey. And so with a bit of a delay, I conclude this three-part series. Through this final instalment, let us delve into the power of art in regards to both primary and secondary schools.
